The Foundation (1-to-1 coaching) runs for 3 months with 6 sessions. The Accelerator (group coaching) runs for 12 weeks. The Strategic Partner (team workshops) can be half-day or full-day, depending on your needs. The Hiring Process Review is a standalone engagement typically completed within 4–6 weeks.
Absolutely. Many clients have their coaching funded through their employer’s L&D budget, professional development allowance, or management training fund. I can provide a formal proposal and invoice to make this straightforward for your HR or finance team.

Yes. All coaching sessions are delivered online via video call, so location isn’t a barrier. I’ve worked with managers across the UK and can accommodate different time zones.
