Earned Seat provides leadership coaching, group coaching programmes, team workshops, and hiring process review services for managers and organisations. The specific scope, duration, and deliverables of each engagement are agreed upon prior to commencement and may be outlined in a separate coaching agreement or proposal.

3. Booking and Payment

When you book a consultation or coaching programme through our website:

• Free discovery calls are provided at no charge and carry no obligation to purchase further services.
• Paid programmes require payment in accordance with the pricing and payment terms communicated to you before the engagement begins. Payment terms, including any instalment options, will be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellation by you: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
• Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time at no additional cost.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your coaching experience, please contact us within 14 days of your first paid session. We will work with you to resolve any concerns. Refunds for unused sessions may be provided at our discretion, minus any sessions already delivered. Refunds are not available for sessions that have already taken place.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable resources, and coaching materials — is the intellectual property of Earned Seat unless otherwise stated. You may download and share our free resources (such as The New Manager Survival Guide) for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. The content of coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. In group coaching settings, all participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the group.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your professional development. While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or career progression. Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earned Seat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
